After you receive the goods, we will refund the amount of the out-of-stock items or include them in your next order.Due to the high cost of shipping for individual reissues of one or several products, if you truly need separate reissues, you will need to cover the shipping costs yourself. Our company cannot afford the shipping costs incurred by reissues.If there is a large shortage of goods, we will notify you via Wangwang or phone call for orders over 30%, and we will wait for your decision before making arrangements. Regarding Returns and Exchanges If there are any issues with the product quality, please contact us promptly within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Each of our products undergoes multiple inspection processes from production to storage and shipment, but we cannot guarantee that every product sent out will be in compliance with your standards upon arrival. For problematic products, we usually have the customer store them temporarily. The accumulated problematic products from multiple orders have been returned once again. The return shipping fee will be covered by our company. The buyer will need to pay the shipping fee upfront, and we will promptly reimburse it via Alipay transfer after receiving the goods. For items that require payment upon delivery, our company will reject them.
