If you purchase any product from our company and encounter quality issues or shortages, please contact us promptly. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide you with a satisfactory response
1. Within 7 days of receiving the goods, based on the date of receipt on the waybill, if you find any products with functional failures or quality issues, please contact us promptly; overdue claims will not be accepted, and false reports will not be tolerated once verified
2. Considering that customers may not be able to inspect all products one by one upon receipt, we allow for exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving the goods if any quality issues are found.
3. We will try our best to meet the customer's specification on product color or style, but it may not be 100% satisfactory.If the color and style do not match, or if there are a few items missing, a full refund will be issued. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted. Customers can indicate that they cannot fulfill the order as requested and it will be processed as out of stock
4.16 Orders placed before delivery time will be shipped on the same day. If there is any shortage, you will be notified between 7pm and 9pm. Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 48 hours. However, in special cases such as shortages, orders may not be shipped within 48 hours
5. If the buyer cites dissatisfaction or difficulty selling as a reason, but there is no actual quality issue with the product, we will not offer a return or exchange; sending the wrong item will be processed as a return
6. Customers need to open the package and inspect it upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer box is damaged or not. If any product is damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant shipping company to issue a stamped certificate and provide it to us so that we can assist the customer with a claim. If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible for any related issues
7. All customers please ensure the product packaging is intact and all accessories or related materials are complete. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide an exchange within the specified time frame; the shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the customer. We recommend placing a replacement order with your next purchase
8. If the returned product packaging is incomplete, accessories or related materials are missing; unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made; it has not been used or stored according to normal methods; it has exceeded the product warranty period; or if the returned product has labels attached that are deceptive or fraudulent, we will not be responsible for returns or exchanges
9. When customers find product quality issues and return items, please use regular courier to send them back to our company. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer initially. After receiving the goods, the company will reimburse the shipping cost and the actual cost of the product according to the courier list. If customers return items directly without communicating with customer service, we will not accept it; thank you for your cooperation, communication starts from the heart
