Ordering Instructions 1. Product order: The minimum order quantity for each product is 1000 units. If the quantity requested by the customer is less than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will be slightly increased. Please discuss the details with the salesperson. 2. Product quotation: Customers can first visit the company's website to view reference prices and detailed information, then inform the salesperson according to their needs.If it is a customer's own design, it is best to provide a physical sample so that the salesperson can accurately calculate the price; looking at a picture can only give an approximate estimate.The final price is subject to the sample price confirmed in our factory's written contract, and the quotation generally does not include tax. 3. Product prototyping: All bag styles can be produced based on the physical samples or images provided by the customer. Fabric materials can be selected according to customer requirements to control the product cost per unit. Generally, fabrics in standard colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk orders. 4. Order Contract: The two parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, logo production process, and delivery time, and then sign a purchase contract.All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange. 5. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. If the order is very urgent, production can be prioritized based on the workshop's scheduling, and delivery can be arranged as early as possible.Special materials and color orders require approximately 10 to 20 days. 6. Packaging method: Each product is packaged in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag) and is shipped in high-quality, durable cartons to prevent damage during transportation. 7. Payment method: When the customer confirms the sample and places an order, a 30% deposit is required. During the production period, the customer can inspect the products at our factory. The remaining 70% of the payment is due before the finished products are shipped. 8. What should I do if the received product has quality issues or is out of stock? If there are any shortages or quality issues after receiving the goods, please contact customer service within three days. If there are quality issues, please take photos for confirmation after receiving the goods.
