Instructions:
Thoroughly clean and dry the chest before use.
Slowly peel off the liner from the plastic backing and press firmly on the skin to secure all sides.
For best results, please wear the pad for 2-12 hours continuously. Continuous use for up to 30 days (varies greatly per person).
To clean the liner, quickly rinse with water as needed, and then air dry with the adhesive side up. Don't get dirty.
Keep the plastic liner and stick the liner back to the liner after it has dried.
Note:
Do not use any other products under the mat.
Do not use silica gel if you have skin irritation, sensitivity or reaction.
