Instructions for use: How to clean and season the pot before first use
How to Clean a Soup Pot
1. Before the first use, place it in warm water containing a neutral detergent and wipe it clean with a sponge or soft cleaning cloth.
2. Pour white vinegar and water into the pot, heat it slightly, then clean the pot, rinse it with hot water, and dry it inside and out.
First-time seasoning method
1. Wash the pot with water and dry it with a cloth, then prepare a piece of raw pork
2. Then place the pot on a gas stove or induction cooker and heat it over low heat; do not use high heat.
3. After the pot is slightly heated, use fatty pork to repeatedly rub the inner wall of the pot so that the pot fully absorbs the grease
4. Wait for the lard to penetrate the entire inner wall of the pot for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool down naturally for half a day.
5. Clean the pot with detergent, pour out the black pig oil, rinse with water, then wipe it dry to complete the seasoning process.
Precautions for Using a Soup Pot
Instructions for Using an Open Flame Gas Stove:
1. Preheat on medium heat for 20 seconds, then pour in cooking oil.
2. Heat for 30-40 seconds, while simultaneously moving the spatula to ensure the pan is fully coated with oil.
3. Continue cooking the food over medium heat.
Instructions for using the induction cooker:
1. Preheat the 1000W appliance for 20 seconds, then pour in the cooking oil and stir it continuously, ensuring the oil temperature is not too high.
2. Place the food in the machine and set the power to medium heat at 1200W-1400W, do not exceed 1600W.
3. Turn off the induction cooker when the food is almost cooked, and continue to heat it with the residual heat.
How to maintain a wok:
1. When adjusting the temperature, use a heat-resistant nylon, plastic, or wooden spatula to avoid damaging the non-stick pan's surface with sharp utensils or metal tools.
2. Non-stick cookware transfers heat evenly, and only requires medium to low heat to quickly prepare delicious food. When using high heat, there must be food or water in the pot
3. Do not dry-burn the pot for an extended period of time to avoid damaging the pot and shortening its lifespan.
4. To protect the surface of the non-stick pan, it must be allowed to cool down slightly after use before being washed with water; do not wash it immediately with cold water.
5. When dealing with stubborn stains, you can use hot water and detergent, and clean with a sponge. Do not scrub vigorously with coarse abrasive cloth or metal balls, as this will damage the non-stick coating bonded to the pot. The correct method is to soak in water for several hours before cleaning
6. It is strictly prohibited to store acidic or salty foods for an extended period of time, as this may cause white corrosion. Please be extra careful when using them.
