Our store offers 7-day no-reason returns. If there are no quality issues with the return, we will not cover the postage.
1. Seven-day no-reason return and 15-day exchange guarantee issues:
1. Customers can freely return or exchange goods within seven days from the date of receipt. Goods received beyond seven days can only be exchanged but not returned (you can exchange for other items, but the number of items must match the returned items) [except for quality issues];

6. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues:
1. If you need to exchange goods, you will need to place a new order in our store
2. Each customer needs to submit a request to customer service within 7 days of signing for the goods; if it exceeds seven days but within 15 days, you can freely exchange the goods; (you will be responsible for the postage)
3. Communicate with customer service to reach an agreement, apply for a refund (minus shipping costs), and notify the buyer to return the item
4. After applying for a refund, please make sure to remind customer service in a timely manner during communication to improve efficiency
5. After returning the item, please promptly provide the return tracking number. Any failure to do so and resulting in lost items will be the responsibility of the buyer
6. Please ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding returned items
